Tonight we took Brendan to West Forsyth for sort of an introduction to the high school. I cannot believe that he will be in the 9th grade next year!!!
I didn't take any pictures because I didn't want to embarrass him so here is another from Emma's birthday party!!!

Day 25
Sunday was a beautiful day. We went to church, and then decided to go up to the Y after lunch since it was sunny and warmish. Emma took her new bike to learn how to use the hand brakes. Jackson took his soccer ball and got a few kicks in, and JC and Brendan were able to work on long toss with weighted baseballs.
After we got home, Jackson went down the street to hang out with all of his friends. They started practicing for the annual Dodge Ball Tournament that our church hosts each year. Jackson came home in a ton of pain, and his right thumb joint was twice the size of his left one.
JC took Jackson up to our local ED, and they x-rayed his hand. Poor guy has broken his thumb!

Day 22
Since it's Thursday, I thought I would do a Throwback Thursday for our two January babies. These photos were taken last year for their birthdays.
Jackson turned 11 last year!
And this photo of Emma was from her Birthday Shoot last January.
This year I have not taken photos of either of my babies. I need to get on that quickly!

Day 18
On our last full day in Williamsburg, we drove over to Newport News in the morning since it was pouring down rain. JC took us by his old house and some of the places he remembered most.
The weather finally cleared up in the afternoon so we were able to walk through Colonial Williamsburg.
Day 17
We arrived in Williamsburg, VA last night. We took the boys to see the football stadium at William & Mary, and Jackson and Emma decided to take a lap around the track.
We also took Brendan over to see the baseball stadium. We got lucky ~ the gates were unlocked.
