Today is a snow day!!!  We got about 4-5" of snow over night. The kids are very happy!!!

This is just the beginning…only an hour in!  The Doof Nuggets already having fun!

Day 30

We have been stuck in the house for two days now.  School has been cancelled, and we are running out of things to keep us happy and occupied!  Yes, we only got about 2 inches of snow, but it has not gotten above freezing for 72 hours.

Emma decided she wanted to bake a cake!  We had a box of yellow cake mix in the pantry and a can of chocolate frosting.  However, Emma wanted to make a snowman so the chocolate frosting was not going to work.  I found a recipe for "easy" Buttercream frosting online so I broke out the old Kitchenaid mixer.
