My assignment this week in the photography class is to really do something different with editing...  I decided to try to make this photo look more like a painting.  I am not sure I accomplished that, but this sure is different for me.

Day 139

Emma played in her last soccer game of the season tonight.  She had a great game.  The coaches are very impressed with her natural ability and footwork at age 6.  Hopefully she will continue to play and develop this talent.

Just arrived on the Cape for the next 5 days with some pretty spectacular ladies, a gorgeous brand new ocean front house and a view worth a few million dollars.

Happy 13th Birthday Brendan!!!

It's hard to believe it's been 13 years since you were born!  We love you so much!

Extremely bad weather has been forecasted for our area tonight through tomorrow so all sports were cancelled for tonight.

I attempted to read a little this afternoon. Too bad I didn't even get past one page before needing to do another chore.

I do love my Lilly Nook cover though.

Day 112

Wow...back to my regular schedule which is pretty amazing since it is 10pm and we are just now getting home from Emma's soccer game and Brendan's baseball game.  Jackson also had a game tonight, but he is at Camp Hanes with his class so actually we had a lighter load tonight than we originally thought!

Emma lost her first big tooth today!  She was so excited!

For Tuesday! I must really be on vacation because I can't bring myself to follow any kind of schedule!

We stayed by the pool and got take out for dinner. The movie of the night was Frozen!  We had a fantastic day!  No complaints!

Day 84

Ok…so this is going to Spartan Week!

With us packing for spring break and many sporting events, I am just not getting my camera out much.

Here is a photo of Brendan and Jackson just before their Spartan Kids race on Saturday!

So proud of them!  They were so excited even if that meant getting up at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, driving almost 2 hours and then waiting around in shorts in 55 degrees for their race!  They rocked it!  In fact, Brendan came in first place in the 8-14 year old age group!

Day 77

Sorting bathing suits…

Next Thursday night, we are leaving for our spring break trip to southern Florida.  Emma and I desperately needed to go through her bathing suit drawer to decide which suits still fit this year!

She found a few that she wanted to keep, but for the most part all of the old suits were too small this year!

Day 70

Tonight Jackson had soccer practice, Emma had her first soccer game and Brendan had his second middle school baseball game.  We were going in all different directions to say the least.  It was a beautiful day though so it was nice to be outside!

Here is Emma kicking the soccer ball.  She did fantastic controlling the ball and playing both offense and defense.  She had 5 or 6 goals!  The Russian Rocket lives on...
