This is the very last obstacle called "ElectroShock Therapy". It knocked me down face first in the mud and then I had to crawl out! It hurt, but not as much as the arctic enema!

Day 307
Last night I posted the "after" photo from Tough Mudder Charlotte 2013. Just to put into perspective how muddy we got, here is the "before" photo!
It was such a great bonding experience! I am so glad that JC talked me into trying something like this. It definitely pushed me way beyond my comfort zone.
To date, Tough Mudder has raised over 6.5 million dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project!!!
