Day 23

Emma let me take a few photos of her in the snow before she went out to play.  I love this one.

Day 22

It started snowing in the early morning hours of the 22nd.  We were forecasted to get a lot of snow.  Unfortunately it ended up being some snow...then lots of sleet and then another inch or so of snow.

Emma loved playing in it! She stayed out all day with friends.

Jack and his buddies also had a great time.

Day 19

Yesterday Emma stayed home with Brendan while I worked.  I came home to her watching a YouTube on how to make play doh...and she was MAKING play doh.

Day 18

Today is MLK so the kids are home from school.  Jackson went skiing with some friends.  It's the coldest day of the year.  It was 10 degrees on the mountain.

The dad that took the boys sent me these photos...

JC and Brendan left to go snowboarding at the same place after JC got off work Monday night.  It was even colder when they got there.  JC's camera on his iPhone froze up and would not work.  Jackson and his friends ended up staying until the resort closed.  What a long day.

They did all take breaks to come in and warm up by the fire.

Day 17

We woke up to snow...it was beautiful while it lasted.  It snowed until 10, but then the sun came out and it was all gone by 11!

Day 16

I took Emma out for a little photo shoot for her upcoming 8th birthday.  Our first stop was the soccer field.

Day 15

We finally decided to get a sectional for our small great room.  We have struggled with having enough seating in this space since we moved in...I think despite my concerns that we are going to really enjoy this.
